Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Buffalo River Canoes will accept reservations for watercraft rentals for day and multi-day trips. We float rain or shine. We will refund if the river is closed.
Our policy is to hold reservations using a credit card. We will hold the number until you arrive whereas you may pay by credit card, or cash.
Our cancellation policy states for day trips that no fee will be assessed if cancellations occur more than 14 days before the reservation date. If less than 14 days, then full rental charges will apply.
Our cancellation policy states for multi day trips that no fee will be assessed if cancellations occur more than 14 days before the reservation date. If less than 14 days, then full rental charges for the first day only of the multi day trip.
