Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Buffalo River Canoes will accept reservations for watercraft rentals for day and multi-day trips.
Our policy is to hold reservations using a credit card. We will hold the number until you arrive whereas you may pay by credit card, or cash. Reservations that include Saturday rentals will be charged to the credit card on file 7 days prior to the trip.
Our cancellation policy states for that no fee will be assessed if cancellations occur more than 7 days before the reservation date or if the river is at flood stage.
A couple of things to remember when making a reservation.
- We float rain or shine.
- In order to qualify for the group discount you will need to reserve as a group and pay as a group.
- On Saturdays in May and June, we will be 100% booked days and sometimes weeks ahead of time.
